How we get paid

This disclosure is made under 11 NYCRR 30 (New York Insurance Regulation 194).

Halsey Risk Partners LLC is an insurance producer licensed by the State of New York. When we place your coverage we act on your behalf as a broker. We are paid by insurers and intermediaries through a commission based on the premium you pay. The commission varies by insurer and by product. Because what we earn depends on which insurer and product end up being selected, you have the right to ask us what we expect to be paid on your placement, and we will tell you in writing before the policy is bound. You can also ask which insurers we quoted and which ones declined.

Privacy

The forms on this site send us an email. That’s it. Nothing you type is stored on this website or in any database we run. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts. The emails we receive stay in our office mailbox as part of your file.
